Ramon G. Lacbain II

He started as a public servant at the age of 16 after graduating from high school when he was elected Kabataang Barangay Chairman in Barangay Wawandue, Subic, Zambales that made him a member of the Barangay Council representing the youth sector.

He served as a barangay council member for five (5) years while at the same time pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Accounting degree at Columban College in Olongapo City.
